As part of Kraft’s new social innovation hub, we took a real-time approach to creative development. With daily newsrooms, hot topics were turned into timely organic responses. By tapping into social algorithms, we were able to successfully insert Mac n’ Cheese into bigger trending conversations. Such interactions resulted in reactions from the internet’s biggest personalities and brands.
